SimOperations posted a message that EA revamped and put up a customer support page strictly for The Sims games. There isn’t that many questions/answers for TS3 just yet…but they do have many solutions for the other Sim games. I think I’m going to bookmark this page as I have a feeling I’ll be sending many simmers to this site once the game is out 😀

They have had it long ago… I used it many times before. Maybe it’s updated opr someting but it has been here for awhile.
I’ve usually go to the EA Help site for support, so a whole support site for just sim games is a new one on me. Then again, I’m always late to the party! 😀

@Jack, previously they used a rating system, 1-5, but it seems that they changed it to a yes no, but probably forgot to update the language file.
Ok I had Ambitions, High End and World Adventures that I downloaded digitally and have suffered a computer crash and had to restore and lost the games. I cannot log in even after changing my password. I would like to redownload the games again. Makes me sick and I cannot find a way to get in to get any support on this matter
Just finished Jukebox quest. First one I’ve ever finished. Now there are tech difficulties in collecting reward. Advised to contact customer support….okay? How, where, what the heck. Tired of playing Sims…too many probs.
