A new quest is arriving in The Sims Mobile on the 28th March 2019 – the Mysteryious Benefactor Story (did someone at EA mis-spell something here?).
This new quest will allow you to unlock the surgeon career in the game, which you can then have a Sim join at the hospital lot!
One thing that is important to note is that if you have been playing the game before release, for example if you were in one of the soft-launch countries, then you may already have the the heirloom that is needed to unlock the surgeon career in your game. To check this, go to the hospital lot and open the buy/build catalogue. In here, if there is a surgeon table, then you already have it.
