One highly requested feature since The Sims 4 launched was a web-based version of The Gallery, similar to The Sims 3 exchange.
EA have just released The Gallery on TheSims.com which allows you to browse, favourite items, download items to your game and comment – all from your browser! This is incredibly handy if you don’t want to load up the game.
