The Sims 3 70s, 80s & 90s Stuff Pack was announced today (prefer the name Decades, this is a mouthful). It will contain various objects and clothing from the past three decades, and it’s coming January 2013!
Oh, and University is coming too! At the end, some people came on in University clothing and Maxis said “They should be in University.”
I voted for this when it was in poll. It looks really neat and can’t wait to see the trailer of it sometimes in Dec?
Yes, University is the next expansion, we see a graduate and mascot running around on the stage 🙂

Sounds like fun!
For me it would include:
70’s = Afros, Disco, Glam Rock, Punk, fondue sets.
80’s = Big Hair, Shoulder Pads, New Romantics, computers & computer games.
90’s = Grunge, Girl Power, Dolly the Sheep!

I don’t get it. There are so many references to the 50s (Twinbrook and store), glamour 40s and 20s (Bridgeport), 60s (store, and some stuff from Generations) and they go with 70s on? Seriuosly?
Like Veroncia, I can’t wait for the eyesore. Argh.
Oh gawd…the worst 30 years as far as fashion and decor go. I can’t wait to see the horrendous eyesores my sims will get to rock.
That’s the point, they’ve done the 20’s, 30’s, 40’s and 50’s so are now doing the 70’s, 80’s and 90’s…
I’m sure a future pack will add the 60’s to the mix, with hippies and psychedelic stuff!
No matter what you’re age you’ll find things to love and things to hate in The Sims! LOL!
