Sweet! Should have been in the base game though… just saying.
I still believe that it was gonna be, but removed for some reason as the code for male pregnancy was left in the game and discovered by people like Twallan and others that create mods and dig through code for secret goodies. They could have had issues setting up the Aliens and male pregnancy and decided to remove it from the base game, similar to why Weather was removed from the Sims 2 Base Game… But we will probably never know. 🙂
