No The Sims 3 Expansions Pack 7? 🙁
No. An EA director already confirmed that like a week ago http://simsvip.com/?p=11194
They only announced it at E3 last year because Pets was on consoles too, at least that’s what I think.
Thats Really Sad from EA Now 🙁
So basically it’s only SimCity, more shooters (though Crysis is awesome) & the typical boring sports games.
Actually this is a very smart move by EA. With no Sims 3 at E3, all of the attention will be on SimCity. They wouldn’t want TS3 to overshadow SC. 🙂
There is no way TS3 could overshadow SC. The reality is they’ve pushed out some different, sponsored TS3 products with KPST and DIESEL, and there a signs that they are not releasing EP7 for a very long time (October, possibly). They don’t like long reveals – like Pets thanks to the leaked trailer – they’re harder to control and hype starts to die down. They’ll be holding out until closer to the release date.
Wow, time for E3 already… I know this is unrelated, slightly, but interesting none the less since EA is the focus of this topic, for the die-hard fanboys/girls out there. See the link thingy. that an an article on how DLC (which is what I consider the Sims3 store to be.) is killing the gaming industry.
What happened to SimCity (5) on mac? 🙁
With considering that, EA could just announce the EP7’s name but no details or trailers or something. Don’t you think?
They could, but that’s not how releases are handled. They want to make a bang when they announce something, so if they had TS3 stuff to announce they’d be doing it at E3, with a team to announce it.
No Sims for console?
