Spanish retailers Hypnosys and Tu Tienda De Video Juegos have listed SP 7. Could this be the same as Sweet Treats? Nope, for their EP 7 date is July 12th. Which is a month after Sweet Treats. Could this be legit?

maybe sweet treats isn’t a proper SP and just a crapy item thing.

It maybe legit, but we still don’t know what its going to be called yet. Based on what was in patch 3.2 it seems like its going to revolve around magic, but there maybe more to it than we think. We should find out more about EP 7 fairly soon. I bet they’ll officially announce it sometime soon after Katy Perry Sweet Treats is released.
I thought it would be the EP too but it says SP 😀 And I don’t thnik Sweet Treets will be just an addition pack because in this way EA would kill its fuss and sales by releasing a new stuff right after a month
If an EP is coming out that quickly, then I fear the quality will be poor. I wish they wouldn’t rush out these packs. Quality vs Quantity! I think we would all be happy with just one AWESOME stuff pack per year and one expansion pack that was FULL of stuff, features, and content plus was fully tested and mostly bug free (nothing is perfect) by the time it is released.,
SP7 can’t be Sweet Treats. If Sweet Treats is considered a Stuff Pack (even though it doesn’t have “Stuff” in it’s name), it’d still only be SP6.
So, it looks like EA may be releasing two stuff packs in just over a month’s time.
I heard Sweet Treats was a new thing called an additional pack. So in other words it isn’t a stuff pack. The person I recall reading it from said one of the gurus said it but they didn’t give a link to the post as far as I know.
Then why is it listed under stuff packs on the TS3 site, and why does the “games/sp6” url redirect to the KPST page on TheSims.com?
Also, if it is true, they’re scrapping the EP-SP pattern, or we get an EP in June.
Um actually the original sims title released 1 game & 7 eps in 4 years w/o the massive issues s3 has. but they weren’t going big or go broke back then. EA seems to be literally digging it’s own grave, I blame management…
The last sims EP Makin Magic came out 2004, and so did Sims 2. soooooo, quality over quantity isn’t the issue. they went too big for their breeches in sims 3… the game is too unstable due to the open neighborhood, which is dull due to all the rabbitholes. they need to scale back their brain-storming and realize what really worked in the past….and I doubt this ep/sp rumor is anything. look at the game we were supposed to get in march (sp rumor from game sites/retailers) so I put no faith in it.
I notice that a lot of people are still playing Sims 3 on old PCs, that’s part of some people’s problems. Sure the Sims 3 sucks up a LOT of system resources, but your PC and the visual setting of your game are another part of it. Gotta do like me and find some way to get a new PC or upgrade the graphic card, ram and/or hard drive.
I’m guessing sp 7 is the teen stuff pack that won the polls.
