Several people (like myself) have experienced some bugs, crashes, glitches and other issues with The Sims Social. Whilst Playfish works out the kinks, they are giving back to these Simmers. How does free SimCash sound? Personally, Free SimPoints for the Sims 3 Store would be better but this works. There’s two ways this will be done.
- For Simmers who could not play, they will receive 150 SimCash.
- Players whose game had to be restarted and lost all progress will receive 2,500 SimCash.

i’m not sure. When i used Google Translate on their article, it mentioned something about an email. I guess Playfish will email specific Simmers.

I have been playing Facebook games for 3-4 years. The last 1 1/2 yrs I’ ve played the Sims social, lately all the Sims games .Up to the last month I played everyday for an averageof 9 hrs a day, yeah, I know, no life. Spending about $45.00 a month for facebook gift cards that I used on sims social. Now Im getting a like back and have you to thank. I can’t do the challenges or anything in the game anymore.I go on, it has to repower and I can’t play for 30 seconds until it shuts down. I put$40.00 FB credit in last week and it only showed $15. You might like to give my my sims life back, by fixing my sims social, then I’ll continue. If not I’ll find a new one I love playing Sims but as pissed off as I am right now, fix it or Don’t, do it very soon, or don’t bother, but let me know soon cause I will delete it in a few days. I do apologize for the sarcasam, But I want it fixed or not
