Man this real life stuff has to start slowing down sooner or later, right? At this rate, I’ll never get around to opening Town Life Stuff and seeing what’s inside. Bleh. Anyhow, since the hot news of the day is the new ‘Hidden Springs’ DLC that will be coming to the Sims 3 Store on August 25th, what better way to start promoting it then with these advertisement banners that InfiniteSims spotted on the Sims 3 site.

I wonder what the new game play is that they are speaking of. It might be worth it, if its a new town, plus new objects and some actual new game play all in one for the price of a stuff pack. I wouldn’t be willing to buy a new town, or just a little bit of new game play at the store all by itself. I also no longer buy objects at the store, since it tends to get very expensive, very fast and lots of store objects can cause issues with Create A World. But if they are going to put all three of those things together it might be worth it, especially if it only costs as much as a stuff pack. Sounds like it might be a sort of mini expansion pack.
For one it has the fountain of youth. I am really hoping for witches, someone on the forums said the spellbook came with the Csting Skill Placeholder (It is spelt that way). It has to be a placeholder for something, so either this or a magic EP.
Do the Pertridges look like Cinderella and the Ugly Step-sisters to you?
Please have a proper, in-depth magic EP, not some cop-out downloadable town.
Btw, is it me or do they have very eastern names and very western appearances?? Odd…
