**UPDATE: You can download the patch from SimsSlovenia, who uploaded it earlier. And according to SimsSlovenia the patch has no immediate problems/bugs with it installed—however, download this at your own risk**
Just a quick note to let you know that EA have noticed people have got the latest patch, and they have removed all the files from their servers.
So, unless someone uploads it to a file sharing service, you can not update yet unless you have the game! We’ll keep you updated.
The link on MATY to download the patch straight from EA’s servers is still working.
Apparently it was taken down as it has a major bug in it and it wasn’t supposed to be distributed yet!
Thank goodness I did a back up before installing!!
It was probably removed because of that bug that breaks the WA photography skill. I’ve seen several reports of that.

Yo, I’ve HEARD IT. 😛 I just haven’t heard of it shortened to M A T Y.
The photography bug is easily avoided. Don’t take photos, and if you try you can just continue the game by using the ResetSim cheat.
I assume it’s bigger than that. Unless there’s not some WA patch waiting the in the wings.
I also herd of a Securom Bug like with Free Time back in Sims 2 days, the launcher not identifying the new Generations disc after the patch
