This isn’t an April Fools gag, it was posted on the official Sims 3 Facebook page with the title “What’s going on in this Picture?” It of course belongs to Generations as it includes the spiral staircase, stroller…and a new bed design. Also, it appears to be some sort of gameshow setup…

I am in NO way hoping or expecting the game show to be real. Positive it’s just a set up, as usual. Which is fine!
A bunk bed is not about to assuage the revulsion I feel towards you, EAxis.

The trailer was leaked two weeks or so ago. We discussed it then.

It looks like they’re trying to show off 3 of the things that are most wanted by players – there’s always people saying “We want spiral staircases/strollers/bunkbeds!!!”…

Firstly, it was posted on April Fools day, so take everything in it with a large inch of salt…
I suspect the whole game show set up is faked, and is just there to show off the 3 new objects:
1) Spiral stairs
2) Pushchairs for babies/toddlers
3) Bunk beds
These are all great items in and of themselves, and have been long requested!
Lets just hope that their big surprise on the 5th April includes BOTH weather and Pets or this will just be forgotten about!

It was said that weather was going to be implemented in Late Night. We already have days with clear skies and really foggy and cloudy days in game. I’m sure they’ll work something out, like they did in The Sims 2…

Guys face it, the chances we get weather is slim. Do you remember how much the lots used to lag with weather? Well think about the whole town… I honestly dont have my hopes up.
Who knows? Maybe is weather one of expansions. And nothing is inposiblle.

in the Sims 2 the only time weather caused lag was if your computer wasn’t at par with the sysreq. Like when snow covered the ground or during a heavy rain. When weather returns in The Sims 3 someday, the sysreq will most likely double. being an open world, the game will have to apply the different textures throughout the entire town at the same time. That’s if they do weather like they did in Seasons, IMO.
Oops, I have absolutely no concept of time! Was it really that long ago? Thanks for the reminder—these days everything seems to blend together for me.
I hope in this Addon are the Aliens Back 😀 .
But its maybe a Rumor or so :/ .
Or maybe is the Creature in this Addon maybe a Werewolf , but they are then in this Pets Addon maybe.
