This user at the EA Sims Medieval Forum (http://forum.ea.com/eaforum/posts/list/5532763.page) says it fixes:
“The security wall building placement issue – where reaching level 7+ caused a big wall to come in crashing a ton of laptop users.
The mirror/bathroom issue in the throne room – this was also a common problem for laptop users.”

I have been such a fan of these games for such a long time and seriously i don’t know whether or not I would buy another Sims game. I paid like 60 bucks for this game and i cant even play it because of these damn blue screens and patches that DON/t WORk!!! How do you mess up twice???

I just wish I could actually download the patch. Every time I do it just freezes at 99%. Last night I let it go for over four hours, all the while hoping that if I just left it a bit longer it would complete the download. Of course now I cannot actually play my saved games because they apparently recognize that there is a new patch and won’t run without it.

I’ll try to download it tonight and upload it to the site. Dunno if it’ll help, but we can see

It’s weird that so many people have issues with this game… I play this game a lot on my laptop without any problems!

Everyone should be happy. I can’t even get the CD to be recognized on my Win7 PC. I can at least see the install screen when I try on a Vista. I don’t even get that on my new, good PC.

There are no objects in my game now that I have loaded the patch. I mean that the objects I already had are there, but I cannot see any objects in furnish mode!
