As we posted last month, Amazon had (I say had, because they took it down shortly after it was uncovered) a product page for The Sims 3 Outdoor Living Stuff, the 3rd Stuff Pack for The Sims 3. However, it only had the name and product information – lacking the box-art or logo of the game. A few fake boxes popped up shortly after that on fansites (one in which was in that same post – made clearly that it was fake), and I hesitated to bother posting them.
However, as of today, one of our readers – Wolak discovered a small boxart that actually holds a bit of merit to it as it is from the Amazon website. You can view the image yourself by this link.
Now that Amazon has included it, what are your opinions? Do you think it’s legit or possibly a fake Amazon mistaken as the real deal? Looks like we will have to wait until EA sends out the press release as well as the huge-sized logo and boxart in order to be 100% positive! Hopefully we shall see that in the next couple of weeks.

no doubt I can see the counter top grill, a hot tub, a bench and a lounge chair but why are all the SP are something green? it’s a little annoying…

I think it is real, I trust Amazon very much, plus it looks quite real. I hope its true because it’s another hint that the next EP might be outdoors-ish, or environmental-ish, or seasons-ish!! Can’t waiit!! 😀

Looks way too much like the Fast Lane cover so I’ll wait until EA’s announcement of the game before I’ll believe this is an actual cover.

It’s official, because i get this box art and logo from EA
two things: first the EA logo and the Win/Mac logo overlapping the bottom pics. second is it’s the same BG from fast lane stuff. unless it is real but not final.

i think its real but not final. Remember when the TS3 console boxart leaked? it was slightly different than the final. I think thats the case here too.
