In the newly constructed neighborhood located in Zaragoza, Spain, the residents wanted to put themselves on the map in a different light. Instead of the average historical names for their streets, the community has convinced the city council to name a number of streets based on popular video games from the 21st century. Such names include Super Mario, Sonic, Space Invaders, Zelda and…you guessed it, The Sims – which will be known as ‘Calle los Sims’, or ‘Sims Street’.

Thanks to Sunset Valley Times and Sims 3 Nieuws for the information!
