We reported back in September that EA struck a deal with Blockbuster to distribute $20 EA Game Cards throughout retail stores nationwide.  Well, seeing as how Blockbuster declared bankruptcy earlier that month, it wouldn’t have been a wise move for them to stay exclusive to the video rental company.

Luckily EA wised up and expanded out to other retail stores.  GameStop started to carry the cards on the 1st of November, with Safeway and 7-Eleven to trail on November 15 and 16th respectively.
