Lame!!!! but at least they get something.
I just bought The Sims 3 late night for my girlfriend. When I tried to register the game it kept telling me. The code was invalid. I dont see how that can be. I just bought it brand new. Any ideas that can fix the problem?
Kurt – check to make sure you are entering it correctly. Some people mistake O for 0, 5 for S and vice-versa. If you do have it correct, then you may want to contact EA Support for a new code (try their online chat support – phone support takes a lot longer to get resolved).
I triple checked on making sure I entered the code in correclty. I will try the support online ty for the advice. Hope it works.
Tried the online support and couldn’t find the game on their game list.
