How is this closer in visual style to Simcity 4 (the press sheet claims “Graphics and frame rate have been improved, making this game closer in visual style to SimCity 4”)? These are clearly SimCity 3000 graphics?!?

They have redone the road graphics so they look like SimCity 4 roads, and not SimCity 3000 roads. That’s about the only change I can see.
