Remember the following television spot for The Sims 3?
It had a close call of nearly being banned in the UK according to an article by Campaign. Supposedly a viewer challenged the fact that it had the note “Graphics representative of game” at the bottom of the ad when it showed on tv. Well, the viewer was upset, because the viewer thought the game had graphics that looked like those from the commercial. Most games shown on tv usually have a note saying that “Graphics do NOT represent actual gameplay” so I’m unsure why they didn’t bother to list that instead. Would of saved EA from a lot of trouble. But no big problem, they managed to escape the ban. Lesson learned for next time.

That’s weird, just because of 1 single person and for the strangest reason… ?
Wouldn’t there be any hidden agenda?
