Sims 3 Fansite Kit discovered

SimCookie posted a note on his Twitter profile that the official EA Russian website uploaded a Sims 3 Fansite kit.  Inside the kit (which is about 95% English with a few logos in Russian) you can grab many backgrounds of various styles, pics of Sims, logos, banners, boxarts and more!  You can grab it at the official EA Russian website or download straight from SimPrograms!
