Take the following piece of news as a grain of salt for right now – we don’t know much about expansions other than the fact that an African gaming site – Take 2 – is listing not one, but two Sims 3 expansions set for November. Not only that, but they are also listing a Stuff Pack for the game as well. Of course, it’s safe to say that we may get a Stuff Pack – even an expansion by that time, but I don’t think all three will hit. More than possibly they are using November as a placeholder date. Anyhow, we’ll know more about expansions/stuff packs in the near future!

This store is crap, half the products they list never come, and they just unreliable. I have stopped buying from them over a year ago.
As for games, according to them there were supposed to be 13 expansions for The Sims 2. They just post what they think is going to be released.

It wouldn’t surprise me if we see an expansion in November since that fits in with the every 5-6 month time frame EA was using with Sims 2. But I highly doubt we’ll see two at least not at the same time. I’d be hard on the wallet but it’d be good for the players.
If they keep the regular stuff pack pricing I wouldn’t mind them because compared to the store pricing they’re a steal. I just hope they don’t make them as skimpy as the Spore stuff pack.
Thought so because when i went to get the game the guy at the store is officially a sims fan and he said there is a expansion coming November focused on jobs. And I have already preordered with the 10 dollars for CE
Yeah, I would be more shocked if they didn’t release an EP by January, to be honest, so November sounds very realistic. However, two EPs AND a Stuff Pack at the same time? Not in a million years.
.. And I was kind of hoping we’d be done with the Stuff Packs since they have the Sims 3 store. Gaaaah. ._.;
I prefer SP’s than the Store but seeing as how the Store is staying for the long run, it defeats the whole purpose of SP’s since the Store already sells things by theme and that is what SP’s do. Oh well. I, for one, can’t wait for the first EP! I really do wonder if it will be about jobs after all. 🙂
Yeah, but stuff packs are much, much cheaper than the store :/
As for a jobs expansion, somebody from EA gave that info out at a Brazilian fan event a couple weeks before release. Sounds very likely.
As all the links I’ve ever followed to that site are now down, i suspect they got their knuckles rapped. I can’t see EA bringing out two EP’s at once, it would put them in competition with each other, they know every EP will sell well, it just wouldn’t be good business sense.
