If you live in our close to the San Francisco bay area and have nothing to do on July 19th, then check out Spore at SETI’s “Celebrating Science 2008” event (according to the official Spore site). The event is aimed for youth between the ages of 8 thru 15 and it’s filled with tons of hands on science as well as various fun and interactive activities.
They encourage you to even bring you camera and admission is free! All you need to do is register!
