EA Releasing Games in the UK on Thursdays

For many years now, EA has always released games in the UK on Friday’s. This is three days after the US and one day after the rest of Europe.

This is no longer the case and Thursday is the new Friday, as EA are now releasing all of their games on Thursday in the UK from now on!

Until now, players in the UK have had to wait until Friday for new EA games to release, one day after the rest of Europe. We realised that players wanted to be able to get in the game the same time as their friends across Europe and we’re happy to make this change.

This means that the UK will no longer have to wait an extra day with future Sims expansions and games.
