As of December 2014, a fun cheat exists in The Sims 4 that allows you to set any object as your Sims head. Learn how to do this below.

1) Open the cheat console by pressing ‘CTRL’, ‘SHIFT’ & ‘C’ at the same time
2) Enter the cheat ‘testingcheats true’
3) Hold down shift and click on the object you want to set as your Sims’ head
4) Click on ‘Set as Head’
Your Sim now has the object of your choice as their head! If you wish to remove this from their head simply hold down shift and click on the object and then select ‘Reset Object (Debug)’.
