Origin are currently selling The Sims 4 Standard and Digital Deluxe editions at 30% off, so if you’re still waiting to get the game then now may be the time.
The standard edition is £34.82, down from £49.99, and the Digital Deluxe is £41.81, down from £59.99.

The discount is not available everywhere, though. Where I live, there is no discount listed.
Of course, with different prices worldwide, and with currency fluctuations, without any discount Sims 4 currently costs here about £26 for the standard edition, and £36 for the digital deluxe one (or £33 to independently purchase the standard edition and the upgrade from standard to digital deluxe; someone did a blunder when setting those prices). And the standard edition can be purchased from some stores with a 5%-10% discount.
