Sims being like clay reminds me of Spore’s Creature Creator. Maybe we will be able to shape their joint points like making hips bigger or arms thinner.
That looks more like the bicep being measured, not height
The first picture sure does look like Sim 4 will be adding height and waist adjustment sliders. However, its a bit disappointing that EA only released only 2 teaser photos. Since we already know from previous photos that Sims 4 characters will be able to show emotions and also feature more customization options, it would be nice to learn more about game play features. I don’t know about you but I’m dying to see a gameplay video for Sims 4. Perhaps they’ll release one at the upcoming Gamescom conference.

People are seeing what they want to see it seems. Again, Inge has pointed out that it’s the bicep that’s being measured – absolutely nothing at all to do with height. Waist perhaps, but certainly not height.
I’m reading nothing into these photos. I still remember the TS2 and TS3 concept art/staged shots that showed multitasking sims and toddlers swinging from ceiling fans. All we do know is that this is EA, and that means Origin, DRM, microtransactions and an anorexic base game. Been there, done that.
