Nice to see some old gameplay, but I think most people that are into Sims know all this info already.
And I doubt that bit about the reason why Sims 2 was delayed (office fire). It was only delayed for about 5 months. You can’t create a game from scratch in 5 months. I believe that the reason for the delay was to implement the Wants and Fears.

I agree that the office fire wasn’t why it was delayed. I think they would have been a bit more vocal than that and I’m sure things would have been in stored & backed up in more places than just that Maxis office too.
