It will be soon after a week or two. Just like other premium content. So be patient…
Buyer Beware: One of the items in the set was taken DIRECTLY from Supernatural and used for resell. All that was changed was a CAST recolor; even the resource name in the game files is the same.

Well, of course not EA! Why would you ever do anything nice like that?
Be aware! according to the people, the Greenhouse is not functional. it’s just a decoration, so it rains and snow inside and your plants will still get Dormant in the winter.
(sorry about the English)
I bought the greenhouse because I love to garden in my games, there is something in the content that is the same as in Supernatural and the plants do go dormant! I am not happy that I spent so much money on this venue, I wish there would have been more info and Sims fans would have been informed that plants would still go dormant. I cannot use the composter either!
Finally found a forum about the problems with the Greenhouse. The Store Team is working on a fix; looks like there was a post on 11/30/12 that there would be an update on the resolution of the known issue, but as of 12/6/12 nothing else has been posted
