We finally have official word on The Sims 3 Refresh – it’s being released (in Spain at least!) on October 31st for a RRP of €40.99! it is The Sims 3’s base game with social features!
Also announced is a Spanish promotion, “Promocion Simtastica”, in which you buy TS3 Refresh and get a free download of the first EP, World Adventures!

If you can’t refresh in the ocean, then there’s no sense in getting this “refresh” game.
If it doesn’t come with swimming in the ocean then this “refresh” will become outdated very quickly!
Isn’t this basically The Sims 3 with a more recent patch?
I think the social option was only available to people who bought Showtime???? or that is just simport?? haha either way it seems a bit costly but then again I think it is just Sims 3 which is normally £30 and WA for £10 so they just added £10 and the WA to make more sales? XD
So this is just sims 3 with the latest patch already put it? I am totally disapointed. From what I was reading on other sites I thought it was going to be a graphics update or something. Personally I think the social features are the most annoying addition to the game and just turn them off. I really don’t want to advertize the game on my facebook/twitter, sorry EA.
