I think Maxis wants to reveal things when it’s close to the relevant time in real life. That would also explain why they’re waiting so long to talk more about winter, because it’s almost winter November 2nd (at least for the northern hemisphere). I’m worried about how costumes will work. Graham already said on Twitter that they’re not their own separate category.
I figure you’ll have to set the costume as a 2nd everyday wear.
