The Sims™ 3 Decades Stuff* will be released on January 2013.
The Sims™ 3 Seaside Stuff* is either a rumor or will be released before Seasons*.
I think Seaside Stuff would be better released after Seasons. At least the patch that comes with Seasons gives everyone the ability to swim in the ocean.
