According to SIMS VIP, several retailers in Europe & UK has listings for this. Nov 2012 seems to be a sure date.
Another hint to seasons. By the way on simsvip a new UK retailer has put up seasons for preorder.
Here in the Netherlands we’re having a bad summer. After weeks of rain the coming day’s we’ll see some sun. So for now – for me – its not again an official hint abouth Sims 3 Seasons.

I like rain in the summer it keeps the temperatures cooler. Were I live it can get really hot.
