And then run out the door as they laugh at you for buying a Sims game. Seriously, the people at Best Buy are messed up like that.

If anything, run like the wind before they ask you why you would buy such a girly stuff pack.
What Vstarr said.
I kinda got that reaction at GAME last week when buying Showtime. 😐 Did not feel good when the guy said patronisingly… “enjoy your Sims”
Same thing happened to me when Pets was released. Pre-ordered at GameStop and went there at midnight on release day. Same day that Arkham City was released. Everyone else was there for that game. The line of people and 3 employees all gave me weird looks and I could hear some people in line laughing. I got out of there fast.
I wouldn’t be embarrassed to buy Sims. I’ve always loved it, and am proud to tell people that I’m a simmer. “Sweet Treats” on the other hand …
It’s like that for me now too! It’s more of a girl game now, or at least, female audience. And since EA seem to be pushing more girly things, it’ll only grow. It needs to stay balanced.
I was looking in GAME and the man was talking about games, he said what games do you like, I’ll help you find one – I said “The Sims” he was like Oh, ahahah. I dont know what to really suggest then, and chuckled 😛
