I really hope that they make it for us Mac users as well.
It’s funny, because everyone in the Sims idealizes Maxis and they are making a multi-player game. If EA did that to the Sims, I think there would be a lot of backlash for it. We just need to get used to the idea that this is where society is headed, I guess.
Personally, I’d like to see The Sims go back to Maxis. It has room for more potential and creativity. Would love to see Will Wright and the Maxis team go back to this. Sims 3 has been such a disappointment, and I am not looking forward to Sims 4 if it continues on the same path it’s currently headed.

It’s talking about the multiplayer features, not typical social features.
Ok well there’ll probably be the option to play by yourself for all the anti-social people like me. 😛
And I’m pretty shocked there’s no Mac mentioned yet…. Under the FAQs it says:
