Only one of these requires the need for using simport, I mean transporting your sim to do a concert on your friends’ game. The other 8 can be achieved by completing the achievements, and almost all of these achievements can be achieved by just playing the game. So don’t worry…

I don’t think there JUST for the stage deco. Cuz that Gummy Bear chair was on the trailer in the background so…

This is an attitude that I will never understand, especially coming from people who also complain about all the bugs and silly limitations of vanilla Sims 3. (I’m not saying Renyc7 is necessarily this type of person; I’m speaking in generalities here.)
Do you want the bugs fixed or not? Do you want a better, more realistic and customizable Sims experience or not?
If so, you can either wait around for EA to fix these problems themselves (hah! good luck with that), OR you can get over your irrational hang up with mods and try installing a few (Twallan has several excellent ones, for starters). As long as you read and follow the installation instructions, back-up your saves (just in case) and aren’t a complete moron, there’s nothing to be afraid of.
But hey, it’s your loss. If you hate mods, more power to you. I’m not going to cry in my cereal over the improved gameplay experience all of the anti-mods people are missing out on. I’m just going to enjoy my superior, less-buggy, modded game.
