This proves that Sims 3 iis no longer the best, for hte past. several weeks The Sims 3 failed to snatch the top list, and guess what, I’m pretty sure Sims 2 had a lot of Top 1 places when it was getting relased in expansioin packs.
Considering The Sims 2 is still on the charts, they should pump out more EP’s for it. Id be one happy camper if they did.
Seeing The Sims 2 still on the charts that’s definitely saying something even if it’s not as high as 3.
I have my doubts about the accuracy and validity of these charts. EA could very easily afford to send out staff to buy multiple copies of the games to boost ratings. This used to happen a lot with records in the old days.
I find it highly suspicious that the Base games of both The Sims 2 & The Sims 3 are still in the top 20. Most people if they were to buy something like The Sims 2 would surely by one of the Deluxe packs which are cheaper than buying the Base game alone?!
