Here’s some from the cancelled SimCity game for PS2 and Xbox and Urbz 2. There’s also a little bit from The Sims 3 using TS3 textures on Sims 2 stuff. This time by Suzana Brown.

These all look cool, especially the Sims Vegas game!
I always thought The Urbz was pretty fun too. That and Castaway were the best for the console in my opinion. Wish they could have done more with the Urbz.
Yeah, it sucks that they cancelled that console SimCity game. That might have been the beginning of SimCity 5. But of course stupid EA cancelled it and outsourced SimCity to that other company and instead we got stuck with stupid Societies. I always wondered how a sequel to The Urbz would have turned out… But alas we’ll never know. 🙁
It would be nice if they added some new skyscraper shells to Sims 3 like these ones…
While this is old, I am replying for future people who stumble on this. This is definitely real.
In 2003 while development of Urbz was still going by Maxis, concepts were thrown around to make The Urbz a spinoff series with its own base of games. (Similar to how Sims spun off of SIMCity).
The Urbz 2 was then in development in 2005 after The Urbz released, but after The Urbz failed to sell well, it was rebranded as The Sims: Vegas, and development was handed from Maxis to EA Chicago. It wasnt a simcity game. The game however, failed to see release, and many asset models were recycled and used for The Sims 3 expansion pack late night. Almost every late night building and object model are recycled from this cancelled game. I know this because I have official design docs in my possession from when EA Chicago closed in 2007. I legally cannot release them, however, so please do not ask, but if you ask around about it, they can verify it. The design doc I have is an official doc and is over 300 pages long and is extremely detailed.
