I actually miss the non big music, like in Sims 2 base, and Sims 1…. when it was stilld uring “Maxis” reign -.- I hate sims 3 sometimes

The Sims these days is like the Celebrity Game-shows, full of wannabes and Has-Beens trying to get noticed!

99% of them I’ve never heard of and couldn’t care less about! I suspect very few people ever “listen” to the music in the game, it’s just background ambiance for what’s going on…

It’s the same with the music that’s added with each Expansion. The Sims 2 had bigger names, but The Sims 3 rarely does.

The Original The Sims (1) music was waaayyy better than the stuff they use now! It had a cool retro, cheesy, corny but loveable feel to it. The Sims 3 music sounds babyish and too mainstream. Plus all these Wannabe bands clogging it up for no good reason.

Bring back the old music I say! They should do a retro expansion pack that has all the content of the Sims (1) in it including the music! Now that’s be a best seller I bet!

Imagine having access to all your old favourite Sims, their houses, furniture, even the old Neighbourhood! All readone in The Sims 3 quality! That would be soooo cool!
