First the Sims 3 Store and now the Exchange! 3 new categories have been added: Pets, Pet Accessories and Pet Colors!
Update
You can ONLY upload Adult and Elder Cats, Dogs and horse to the Exchange. Foals, Kittens and Puppies can NOT be uploaded.
