sims 1 had two stories (latter seires had 3 to 5 stories) but sims 3 has more than 5 stories from Late night
technically there’s not more than 5 stories in the Sims 3, maybe in the Sims 4 there will be, but not in The Sims 3. the apartment shells don’t count as more than 5. 1. ground floor/lobby, 2,3 and 4 at and above the actual apartment and 5 if you build above the shell.
How much do you think EA will be charging for all that? There’s no way this is free. Anything good, that is.

It reminds me of the Sims 1 as well only all the buildings appear to be only one story.
