SimsVIP has posted a screenshot by one of their users who downloaded the patch. It seems that with the new patch (and Generations) you’ll be able to take a Sim back to CAS. There are currently mods with the same thing. Once testingcheats in enabled, shift-click a Sim and you will get the option to “Edit in CAS” as pictured below.
whats does that mean I can I make a family and then edit the traits when generation comes out ?

The one used in mods, is, as Twallan mentioned, something experiemental by EA.

Let’s say you wanted to play in Riverview, you want to play Don but he doesn’t have the muscle tone CAS feature and the new body hair from GEN. With testingcheats enabled, when you shift-click on Don one of the options will be edit in CAS. This takes Don back to CAS so you can modify his face or add the muscle tone or make him fat and give him red eyes.
lol, thanks, i know whats CAS is, but i was wondering what are the functions that gen mentioned, i never knew u could shift click in cas and what does it do?
