The newest patch for Medieval has been released and includes a number of fixes. Also EA has released a link to the new patch for the digital version of the game, as some users are having trouble updating via the launcher.

Yeah. I tried to download update by the launcher at 1:25 AM and it didn’t want. So I download at 9:00 AM again (by the launcher) and it did it!
the sims 3 is what needs a patch EA.I dont think EA even cares about fixing the sims 3 anymore:(
Next The Sims 3 patch (1.18) will be out 31st May 2011.
Patch (1.19) will be out in July 2011.
I hope those patches are good .and fixes all of the issues that came with late night and other eps.

The patch link for the disc-based game doesn’t work. My desktop doesn’t have internet. Any other way that I can download the disc-based patch? Thank you! 🙂
1.18 fixed the bugs of Late Night.
1.19 made the base game compatible to Outdoor Living Stuff.
actually it might not be 1.18 or 1.19. they sometimes skip a patch number. also, there’s no guarantee that the next two patches will fix the late night bugs.
how do you know what the patches are going to fix before thay come out?

i installed new patch. i cant save my game, options not available and every time i click my sims icon it immediately crash to desktop. need help asap 🙁
yeah, cant save mine either after installing the latest patch, EA better soon fix this problem.
