Well the day has finally arrived. As of today the Sims 2 Store is closed forever. If you had bought items from the store and have never downloaded them, you’re out of luck. Farewell Sims 2 Store, now your server space will be used for “better” things.

The Sims 2 Store was a joke. The fact you had to go elsewhere, like MATY to get versions of their crap that actually worked (proper categorised hairs and lights that actually gave off light, for instance) said it all.
Goodbye and good riddance. Now if only your runt of a counterpart (Sims 3 Store) would shut up shop too, then we might actually get somewhere with this well-beaten “franchise”.
It’s pretty sad but that have no effect to me.
It was another money grabber anyway. I await the TS3 store to close.
I download stuff from The Sims 3 Store. It’s free and easier.
the sims 3 store should close maybe there well be more in the EPs and SPs.
It took quite long, i dont think the sims 3 store (money-grabbing as it is) will close soon tho… probably in 2016?
