SimFans was able to pull Aaron Cohen (EA Marketing Director of The Sims Label) off to the side during the UK Sims Medieval event for a short interview on The Sims Medieval.  Their interview is now up – in which I was able to help with the translation…so if you see any horrible grammar mistakes, it’s not Aaron, the fault would be on me 😛

Daniel, SimFans.de: Will the Fans be able to buy more medieval content for the game in an online store?

Aaron Cohen, EA: We are not thinking about that right now. But what I can tell you, we are planning to add more content to the game after we launch in 2011. So stay tuned, we will be announcing some stuff for that soon.

Daniel, SimFans.de: Would you say an expasion pack is possible?

Aaron Cohen, EA: I would say it‘s possible! *smiles*

Daniel, SimFans.de: Is there something you’d like to say to the Fans?

Aaron Cohen, EA: I would like to say to the Fans that The Sims Medieval is different to the other Sims games. It keeps the heart of what makes The Sims, The Sims. It is about people, creativity and humor. It does a lot of new things and I hope the fans will keep an open mind for it . It‘s a different experience but i hope they will give it a try. I think they will be rewarded if they do.
