Check out the new Sims office!

So, many of you have known that I bought a house back in October and I have been spending most of my time (with the help of my folks and girlfriend) painting and remodeling each room before I fully move in.  I’m just about the halfway mark, I am keeping my fingers crossed to be moved in entirely by the end of January or February.  Got to get a fridge and have internet access put in before the bed and dress can go (I’ve decided I’ll move in and paint – so if I wake up in the middle of the night, I’ll have something to do).

Anyhow, this past month we’ve been working on getting the office and my collection of EA/Maxis games moved over.  As of today, it’s roughly 95% done.  I say that because I still need to move my computer and equipment over, as well as hang a plumbob over my desk (cause that’s how us simmers roll).  But for the most part, it’s all there.  How did it turn out?  Feel free to let me know.  I still got about 30 more items to get (I keep an excel chart) of various games and guides to have the entire collection – plus I need to get all versions of The Sims 3 on console as well as MySims SkyHeroes.  All in due time!  I’m very excited to have this done, because it is set up the way I have meant for it to be all along and it’s going to be awesome when I can finally start doing podcasts come next year!

If any of my EA friends are reading, I could really *ahem* use a Sims 3 Toaster, can’t seem to find one anywhere! 😉 I love my grilled cheese sandwiches!
