So let it be – my Siberian Husky’s name is Loki!  Thank you Kristina for naming my dog, it shall fit him perfectly (hes already tearing things up and wrecking havoc in the backyard, I have a lot to train him on!

Those who have stuck around the site for a long time may recall that earlier in the year I stated that my personal life was going to be pretty busy for 2010.  It was time to venture out into the real world and find a house of my own so I won’t be that creepy old son that still lives in his parents basement (actually, I live upstairs in my own separate room, but close enough).  Well, as of today I am now a homeowner!  Here is a picture of said house:

The best thing about this house is that it’s practically a five minute walk to my parents.  Got to keep them close – makes stealing borrowing my dads tools that much easier!  All the problems noted by my home inspector have been fixed – the Realtor was extremely kind in working with me and fixing every single issue that was noted – even including a $15,000 replacement on the kitchen, and 2 bathroom floors due to water damage – all new and solid now – they did a fantastic job in repairs.  I’m very excited in getting work started on the house.  My plans are to paint the rooms first then start moving furniture little by little.  Speaking of painting, thanks to the wonderful followers I have on Facebook and Twitter, the color for my Sims office room will be “New Sassy Green (Gliddon brand paint):

Trimmed with white paint, this is going to be PERFECT for my huge collection. Okay…so you may be wondering…how will this effect the site and it’s updates.  Wellllll….I can’t say for sure, but it may cause updates to flow a little slower than normal.  Luckily I have a great staff on hand to help with the updates – over the past two days (when I was super busy), Simillion has helped a lot in keeping with the latest news.  I’m still working on getting the pages back online…I try and at least publish one a day – I think I have about 20-30 more pages left to put back online.  So again, thank you for being patient with us and I hope to get this site back to its full capacity within the next few months!

On a last note, as a housewarming present, my sister picked up a Siberian Husky puppy – a dog in which I always wanted.  I’m clueless on names – so if you have a good name for one, please pitch it in the comments (it’s a male).
