How odd that out of the blue, The Sims 3 Ambitions releases on New Zealand’s App Store with hardly any build up for publicity. Ambitions is deemed “the most complete version of The Sims on a portable system yet”, with the ability for your Sims to have proper careers like a rock star, chef, firefighter and artist. You can use extensive tools to build a dream house or even workplaces like preschools, a bistro and clubs.
Much like The Sims and World Adventures for iPhone, you can import/export characters to swap between the games. Expect Ambitions to hit the UK App Store within the week, along with the US (unknown at this time, but soon given indication of the New Zealand release. The Sims 3 Ambitions will be priced £2.99 / $4.99 / €3.99 for appropriate regions.
