With each article I read, I’m lightening up my attitude on The Sims Medieval. Sure, it may get a lot of flak from the fact that the main elements are being taken away in that gives it its ‘Sim’ title…But I’m really curious to see what future projects this could open up to if it does well. Enjoy this following interview conducted between Rachel Bernstein, senior producer of The Sims Medieval and GameSpot on the characters from the game.
Don’t forget to check out the pictures too – many new, but there are some old ones tossed in the mix. Thanks to SimsDomination for the info!
GS: Could you give us a general update on the game’s development? What aspects is the team working on now?
RB: The major systems are in, and most of the content is in. The big push now is creating quests and tuning the systems. Lots of new elements are coming in every week, so it’s always exciting to get the latest build and play with what’s new. When new user interface elements come in, that’s always especially exciting because of their immediate impact on the player. New quests are another exciting element of each week and highlight new elements of each profession to explore.
With each article I read, I’m lightening up my attitude on The Sims Medieval —–> That’s exactly why EA keeps The Sims Medieval in the press and you are doing exactly what the EA PR team was trying to get you to do.
Awesome! The Sims Medieval is really growing on me! And if they release other games like this that takes place in certain eras, I’ll be so happy! 😀
