I was passed along this link via Twitter to check out, and I was overwhelmed of the sheer awesomeness of the talent from SuperPogimon. The link in question is his forum post showing off his Victorian Apartment Life lot. It took him over 6 months to design and tweak until he was able to release it this past May. Within a week after that, the lot became featured over at the official Sims 3 site.
I cannot describe how beautiful it is. He’s included several dozen pictures of the lot, I urge you to go on over to his forum post and see them for yourself. You can download the lot here and of course, be sure to rate it and let him know what you think either in the comments of this post or at his thread.
If The Sims Team won’t add apartments, the community will (even if we are limited in what can be done)! 😀

eh, no apartments do suck, but i can live without it…
it seems tracy doesn’t like the building. Aesthetically, it’s really beautiful. The facade looks very nice.. The interior is great too… I think superpogimon is a filipino, by the looks of his name. I love it and i think it’s pure hardwork…

i actually think its amazing and i wish i could have a speck of that talent in the game to just make one house.
but i’m not gonna get it cuz it doesn’t seem logical for me to get it in my game. if others like it enough to get it for theirs, then thats cool and i hope theyre enjoying it a lot.

I rarely download lots/sims from the exchange, playtest all my lots and check my PC for corrupted files before uploading to TS3 Exchange.
