That blue is better, but blue doesn’t much to the atmosphere of this expansion 🙂
The blue version of the logo is WAY better. I think the neon lights in the logo were cool, but I was hoping that it would be a bit more modern looking
@aWT Yes!!!! That looks so much better! The blue atleast matches the rest of the font! Plus, red neons lights usually reminds me of like a local town shop rather than a club! Blue is better!

I actually like this logo. Red is more of a spontaneous color, than blue and purple.

I love it. Especially the neon lettering… I was expecting EA would be lazy and just put some lame font that anyone could have done.
If you look closely there’s a slight change in the distance of the “the” text and the “S” is higher.
Anyways, Like the new logo, although blue one is better.

I don’t think it’s ugly. As said somewhere the color red is appropriate for the atmosphere of EP, which is dating. But it isn’t very nice though, I think its just ok… when i look at it, the thing that comes to my mind is fast lane…

Did you notice the differences between the first logos (The Sims 3, World Adventures and Ambitions) and the last logos (Fast Lane and Late Night)? Why did they changed it?
Is it just me or do those random squarish areas in the background of the Late Night text that suddenly jump from a light red to dark look positively hideous?
Makes the whole thing look all pixellated and ugly.
I am extremely inspired along with your writing skills as well as with the layout in your blog. Is that this a paid subject or did you modify it your self? Anyway keep up the excellent high quality writing, it is rare to see a great weblog like this one nowadays!
