Here’s a shocker – EA has announced The Sims 3 Deluxe, a combined package containing The Sims 3 base game as well as The Sims 3 Ambitions. I find it strange how EA likes to leave out expansion packs, I’d figured they’d include World Adventures in it. Guess they are saving that for The Sims 3 Double Deluxe…or Triple Deluxe. We all know it is inevitable.

Great! Now I might have to buy that rather than Ambitions so my kid can have my game and I get this. How do we go about registration though, is it a single registration for the combo? I want to set up an acct for my kid, since there’s no problems with him talking to strangers really.
This is….odd, considering that TS2 combo packs aren’t even finished yet. Wasn’t deluxe released around FT?? It seems really early to do this.

http://www.failblog.org is where this game should be at, seriously it’s too early to release combo packs like ‘Deluxe’ and so on, unless it will include a stuff pack’s worth of additional objects, then sure go ahead.
